I enrolled in this program back in 2018 and wasn't using it so tried to cancel last year and was told by HP to stay on, it is worth it and so I stayed on until I finally received a replacement cartridge and then decided to cancel since I at least got something out of the program, only to find out when you cancel, the cartridge gets turned off.  So I pay $4 a month for over 18 months to get one black cartridge that can not even be used.  This is a scam.  I called and asked for them to turn it back on no charge so I could use it, or send me a replacement cartridge that would work and they said the can not.  This will be the last HP product I buy unless you can do something for my two year subscription that I ended up with nothing,
