I am not happy with the service provided by HP. Recently, I bought a new HP Deskjet 4100e printer. It clearly mentioned that I'd get a six-month trial of HP instant ink. My ink is low, and I am trying to avail myself of this amazing trial offer. I only received a one-month trial; my dissatisfaction with HP's service has led me to consider switching to a different printer. The printer is also not good in terms of printing quality.

Hey, I don't think so you resolved my issue. My payment method already updated. And I didn't get 6month trial ink. I got only one month best part is that, I am out of ink waiting for you guys for one week inst ink...
