I am having issues finding where to log into my account to change my payment details. 

I have logged into the my account with no issues but where do I go from here? The simplist task seems to be impossible and very infuriating.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are trying to update the payment information

 

Follow the steps to change the payment method on your HP Instant Ink account.

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

  2. Open Account or My Account from the left menu.

  3. Click Billing or Billing Information, and then click Change Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
