I registed for Instant Ink.  Becuase of the delay in shipment I cancelled my account.  The cartridges have not been used and I have not be able to get any instructions for returning UNUSED cartrdiges i.e.  Extended wait time by telephone, the person that cancelled my account gave no information about return even though requested.  Virtual agent was no help.

Please let me know how to return INSTANT INK UNUSED CARTRIDGES.   [Personal Information Removed]
