Hp only lights only blinking not turning on

I was installing a new ram I powered on the computer it was working fine so when I turned it back over to put on back of the laptop my wife was looking and the sweat off her water dripped in the mother board now the white lights are blinking every 3 seconds and the laptop wont turn on
