To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

 

If yes, kindly share the image of the offer you received for 6 months of free ink.

 

I would also need a few details. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

 

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

HP Smart printer HP Office Jet Pro 8025e 

When I ordered this printer, the order was included 6 months free ink, but I didn't receive the ink. The ink that came with the printer is finishing now.

Hi @WS80,

 

If you're not enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program, you won't see the option for 6 months of free ink, and ink shipments won't occur until you enroll. If you're interested in enrolling, you can do so through the HP Smart app or the HP Instant Ink website.
