I am being charged for Instant Ink, but I don’t have a subscription

Hello. I have an HP printer and I tried to sign up for Instant Ink. I am being charged, but when I go to my account, there are no subscriptions. What is going on?

Am I being charged for ink or something else?

The charge is $5.40 for the past 2 months, and was a little less before that.

Rhetorical Question - this means you do not have to tell me the answer:

Which account are you checking?

For example, if you are subscribed to Instant Ink, there is a separate "Instant Ink" account.

That just means that your HP Account is not the same thing as an Instant Ink account.

You can get clarification, of course.
