I can not load a pre paid card onto my account it says I have to activate it

Hi I have been trying to add my pre paid card to my account but it’s saying I need to activate it and everything I do is not activating it.

@Shelly22 The prepaid card can only be used as an additional payment method, and if your prepaid card has sufficient amount, the amount will not be deducted from your credit/debit card, the priority will always be the prepaid card.

 

Hence, I may have to request you to add your credit or debit card to your account first, if not done already and then add the prepaid card pin, so that it works.

 

HP Instant Ink - Update Your Payment Information

  1. To update a credit or debit card, click Change Billing Information, then Edit Payment Information. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
  2. To add the code from a prepaid card, click Add to Prepaid Balance.
