I cannot find the pin code/key anyplace they suggest it may be for the free 6 months of Ink?

I understand you are unable to claim your promotional months

 

When you buy a new printer and set it up either at 123.hp.com or using the HP Smart app and you sign up for a paid plan you are offered a free trial of Instant Ink.  However, if you sign up for the 15 page free plan you are not offered the free trial since you are already on a free plan.

The number of free months depends on the offer at the time and the country of enrollment. You must take advantage of this offer within 7 days. There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account. After 7 days, the free trial offer expires.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I can't find any pin on the printer or any documentation sent with the printer. How can I get it from HP or something? ty
