I have three printers that were in storage for nearly 6 months as I relocated across the country, found a new home, etc... Meanwhile the ink has dried in each of the three printers that I have on Instant Ink subscriptions. I only want to say, that with the frustration of trying to get assistance from HP Support, that I have resorted to purchasing in from Walmart. I have a disdain for Walmart, but I need to print. The monthly fee that I have paid for many months to maintain the subscription has been For Not...
Sure, after i place the new WM purchased cartridges in, I received an email from HP telling me the obvious. What's more, the email prompted me to open the virtual agent and type-in "I need ink". ROFLMAO... no I don't, as I just purchased $100 worth of ink from WM... something that the subscription was supposed to handle. The Virtual Agent is a virtual dream... or shall I rephrase, as a virtual nightmare full of frustration.
I cannot say enough about this... of course, I will share with my friends, family, work associates, etc... Until HP makes this process a bit easier AND has support on at least a Saturday, I'll continue to piss and moan about the poor customer service and the frustration that this system leads to.

I understand you are unable print from the regular ink cartridges and do not have replacement instant ink cartridges
