I need to restart my instant ink account and I cannot get through to a support agent PLEASE HELP!!!

HP Recommended
HP Envy 4502
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I let my instant ink account lapse due to moving and now I cannot print, I cannot reach an actual living human being to help me restart my account. I’m ready to contact my lawyer over this it’s getting so stupid. I need this issue resolved TODAY
