Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

I suggest you Disable and Re-enable the Web Services

To begin with please make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector.

1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off  Web Services.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
5. Restart your Printer and fom the main screen click on the Web Services icon again.

The printer should print out a page with a new claim code on it that can be used to connect the printer to HP Connected.

Thank you
