I use a debit card to pay my bill for Instant Ink. In the debit card account I only put in enough money to pay my bill. Sometimes I print more than usual, which adds to my bill. When HP tries to debit my card it won't go through. I usually add money when this happens to cover the extra expense. However, it appears HP doesn't try to debit my card again. If I want, then, to generate a debit on the card from the app, the app has only the option to change the billing. To generate a debit on demand I have to re-enter my current card information, which will cause HP to debit my card on the spot. It would be less aggravating if HP would also include a RETRY PAYMENT function. I love Instant Ink, but it tends to be troublesome.
