Ink cartridge error with new cartridge old cartridge working fine

HP Recommended
HP ENVY 5530 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Recieved my new instant ink cartridges and my printer says at least one has an error seems to be the tri color cartridge. How can i fix this
