Issue with Black Ink Cartridge. Printer states Ink Cartridge Problem - Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge. This is a cartridge I have had for a year, working fine then error message appeared.. I tried all the recommended fixes and nothing worked, it is very frustrating. I put an old Black ink cartridge in the error message went and the printer started working, but still does not print in black I assume the print cartridge is defective. How do I get a replacement cartridge. I'm an Instant Ink Customer. Thank you.
