I’m honestly very disappointed with the insta ink program. I have being charged every month (I believe for over 1 year), I have being printing and using my ink… than suddenly I can’t print because my ink is gone and I have not receive ink! Can you imagine how frustrated is it? Can I trust the process or technology HP used to keep up with my ink being low and not sending me a new one? So, guess what? I check my account and seems like they did ship something - 2 days before my ink was gone. I had to go buy ink, driving right after a snow storm… and?!? As soon as I installed it, I receive couple emails saying what I’m doing messes up  with the program and?! Oh… my ink is actually shipped now! Really?!?!?! As right now it does not make sense to pay this program per month. I had to drive after a snow storm to get ink! I use my printer everyday! Can’t wait on a shipping that will take at least a week! Something seems wrong!

I see that you have not received replacement ink cartridges. As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
