My black ink cartridge is giving me the error that it needs to be reinstalled. I tried cleaning the cartridge contacts per the help center instructions, unplugging the printer, and still I get this error. I find it RIDICULOUS that there is no way to order a new cartridge anywhere in the HP Instant Ink website or through the virtual agent. This should be a simple process and has me considering getting rid of this printer. How do I get a new bloody cartridge???
