Instant Ink Offline

I stopped using my printer a few weeks ago as I was not printing due to Covid 19 and not working. I withdrew from Instant Ink.

 

Now I have started working again I need to use my printer and therefore i enrolled into Instant Ink yesterday. I had a normal black cartridge but no colour So I put the black one in the printer yesterday.  I noticed i was ONLINE in Instant Ink.

 

I got a colour cartridge today and put in in the printer. When I went into instant ink i saw it was OFFLINE. I can print ok. 

 

I have tried everything I can find online plus the usual switch on of printer/laptop but to no avail.

 

What am i missing and how can this be solved?
