Product: OfficeJet Mobile 200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ink Cartridge Number 64 is supported in Instant Ink for lots of model of printer, but for some reason not my OfficeJet Mobile 200 printer, which is very strange because HP were happy to sell me an Instant Ink Voucher for it two months ago.

 

What reason do they have for not supporting every model of online printer which takes a cartridge actively advertised as an instant ink cartridge?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer is not eligible for Instant Ink program. Here's a list of printer supported - 

 

 

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region to know more.
