The printer is connected to the server when I looked. And there isn't a new private message. Even if it wasn't connected I don't see why that matters, when I am asking for a faulty cartridge to be replaced.

“One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove them and replace them with new cartridges.” Most commonly “Cartridge Problem” means that your HP printer simply cannot recognize the color or black ink cartridges.

I have replied to your message, providing all the details you requested, but I have not received a response yet. Before I posted here, I had gone through all the suggestions in the document.

I still don't have a new pm from you. I still don't see why you can't replace a faulty cartridge. You are obliged to under Australian Consumer Law. I have replaced the instant ink colour cartridge with a normal hp and it works fine. However, I won't be able to activate my subscription without a working instant ink cartridge. Perhaps my black instant ink will work if I'm lucky but I still can't activate the sub without a colour one as well. My next printer wont be an HP, the communication and service is the worst I ever came across.

I got mine to work for 10 minutes, finally got a hold of someone on the phone after 7 different tickets for so called cases that they will get back to you on, but don't. I cancel because they are not willing to accommodate you and resolve the problem that is on their end and 10 mins later....can't connect to printer again and cartridge error.

Oh they will blame you and talk in circles. I haven't received a black cartridge since mid Dec while on a plan of 300 pages a month (which are mostly documents) paying 12.95 and haven't received a new black cartridge in OVER 3 MONTHS NOW. Of course it's a cartridge error. I tell them to cancel since I can't use my printer now after it just renewed 4 days ago and they tell me I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MONTH.
