I am trying to sign up to Instant Ink but I keep getting the error message "There was a problem finalizing your subscription. (GSS001)"

Can you please help me set up instant ink as I need more cartridges?

I have the same issue.  Already have a subscription and want to add another printer.  I go through the entire process only to get that message.  Thought it might be because I already have a subscription, so I declined the one free month offer, but still get the same message.  I'm unexpectedly having to work from home and NEED to be able to print.  I just want to add and pay for an additional printer's InstantInk.

When I try to signup for Instant Ink on my new printer HP Envy 6234, I receive the below error message:

Can I get your help with this same issue?  I already have a InstantInk subscription, but want to add another printer to my account.  I tried calling the hp number.  A recording states that the wait time is expected to be 45 min  Tried the automated route, but was in the middle of providing my serial number when I was disconnected. after spending a while following prompts - help?
