I purchase a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e around October 17-2023, i was promised free ink for 6 months, and the unprofessional agent that assisted me needed a different email, she stated to take my payment, i should have questioned that but i gave her a different email, and told her that email is not to be used for anything else but this payment, she assured me it would not, well guess what i am out of ink and been trying to get ink for 2 days, spoke with Alie(Agent) and the Supervisor (Anton) they were both useless, Allie cannot find my order and contiuned to tell me no worries, and no help. my order number #[Personal Information Removed], serial number [Personal Information Removed] on my receipt but on the machine in the rear really small it says [Personal Information Removed] and my email is [Personal Information Removed], and she was sending everthing to the incorrect email, and i call HP INK and the did cancel the ink from my old printer and nevered sent any to my new compter. I can not work, no ink, and i have just had surgery and i spent so much time on the phone and still no help.  Can someone pick this computor up or where can i sent it, i am getting no HELP from anyone
