Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I joined HP Instant ink in November with a 50 page per month subscription, 1st 6 months free.  I printed 48 pages the first month and only 2 in second month. No rollover pages have appeared at all. Why is that?

Check the details of your free plan - when I signed up for Instant Ink the free period included 700 pages per month (but no carryover) regardless of the monthly plan selected.
