My Envy Photo 6230 doesnt says cartridge unauthorized ...

I can have exchanged the cartridges from one printer to the other. Info says I should contact the support center, but leaves no email or phone nr.

Was the cartridge protection enabled from the computer?

 

If yes, We have to disable the cartridge protection from the same computer.

 

Here are the few steps needed to disable HP protection.

  1. Click the Start button, then click Devices and Printers.
  2. Find your HP printer in the list and double-click it to open the Settings page.
  3. Click the text for Estimated Ink Levels under the heading of Shopping Resources. ...
  4. Click the tab for Cartridge protection.
