Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I moved from Jackson MS to Starkville MS. Therefore, my address changed. I`m getting billed but not getting ink cartridges.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I request you to update the shipping address in the instant ink account.

 

Change your shipping address for Home / Home Office Instant Ink

Your account can only have one shipping address.

Sign into your Instant Ink account.

Open Account in the left menu, then Shipping or Shipping & Billing, then Manage your shipping address.
