Same here. Unbelievable, paying monthly. No where HP can be reached for new inkt. Inkt is empty. Im paying but cannot use it.

I was able to check your account. As per the last update from your printer,  you have over 60% ink in the color cartridge and over 40% in k the black cartridge. This was the reason the replacement cartridge was not sent yet.

 

Are you facing issues with the cartridges?
Are you receiving any error messages?

I think you can see how old it is. It should be known that inkt can dry out. This is the case. Ik think its unbelievable how difficult it is to get a new one. Will you sent me new black ink?
