I have spent the entire day trying to fix this problem. I registered my printer in September when I bought it and signed up for Instaink. I used the cartridges that came with the printer first. Now I'm putting in my new cartridges that I received in the mail after registering and it tells me that it cannot print until I register my device with instaink. I AM registered!!! I've removed the new cartridges, unplugged my computer for 30 and tried the install all over again....nothing.
On top of that, online chat has been telling me ALL DAY long that it "can't chat right now"!!!
Worst service ever!!!!

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
