Not really something I need help with but more or less a complaint. I have paid for two months of service and have not used anywhere near the amount for my plan. I have since changed my plan to match closer to what I use. But think it would be great if you don't use your entire amount for that month you can have the option to get credit for it or a recommendation notification sent to get a different plan and have what you paid credited to that plan. $4 isn't a lot to a company like yours but its a gallon of gas for people like me who live hand to mouth. Also when you bill someone let them know what you are charging them in total. I got a notification to update my billing and the amount that would be charged was $3.99. Turns out it was not that and once you charged $4 something you went ahead and charged another $4 something for another months cycle. I wasn't prepared to pay that but needed access to my printer. Even with my own ink you had my printer blocking me from printing anything. NOW I have paid and the **bleep** thing still will not print. Can you please send whatever signal you have to let me have my printer back and able to print. Thanks!
