Can anybody point me towards photo paper for a Tango x printer?

Ive has two conflicting pieces of info from hp. One saying the max paper weight for the Tango x is 75gsm and the other that it will take heavier weights.

if 75 gsm is the max weight, are there hp photo papers available at that weight?

 Thanks

Hi,

75gsm is the recommended plain paper weight, heavier photo paper is supported.

Your printer supports 220 to 280gsm photo paper, be sure it is intended for inkjet printers.

Once changing the paper type, be sure to select the correct paper type and size within the driver too.

Thanks@ShlomiL  - Did not see you "here" earlier.

Interestingly, the User Guide includes a reference to 300 gsm paper - that is unusual (as compared to 250 gsm to 280 gsm).  I would guess (that) a lighter weight paper would be a better choice.

Thanks, that’s really helpful.

the paper I have is definitely for inkjet printers.

the problem is that the printer never seems to grab the paper. I’m putting it in as per the instructions, I can hear it trying to grab the paper but it never feeds through. I can hear the rollers going, the grabber reaching, but nothing happens. Once it’s run through a couple of times the printer stops.

any tips are much appreciated. Cheers
