Porch pirates stole my most recent shipment of Instant Ink cartridges and I would like to order replacements. I've logged into my Instant Ink account and can't seem to find an option to accomplish this. I would call support but the wait times a lengthy. I've also tried the virtual assistant without success. Is there a way to order these cartridges online? All the answers I've read here regarding ordering replacement cartridges appear to have been answered by private message, so I'm unable to see a solution. These private message solutions appear to require an Instant Ink account number and a printer serial number in order to be resolved. If a qualified HP support rep would be so kind as to reply to this inquiry, I'd be happy to provide that information if that would provide me with a way to order these cartridges. Thanks in advance for your help.
