I had the same problem. I ended my subscription and saw a message that at the end of the billing cycle, my print cartridges would stop working at the end of this month. However, we have not been able to print anything since. The printer gives us an error message and there is no way to contact a live person at HP. The chat is a bot, not a live agent. The phone number I was given when I reported my concern online must be down because when I call, every call gets dropped immediately. Very disappointing.

What exactly is the error message? Once the Instant Ink subscription ends you cannot continue to print until the cartridges are replaced with retail cartridges.
