Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had posted this question 20 days ago. And the HP support still no respond; so I re-post my question. 

 

My printer run out of magenta. At the system it shown "color" is ok; however is NOT OK!

I am not sure how to reach out the CS and get a new cartridge. 

 

I am in the instant ink program for 4 years; and they charge me every time when I overprinted. But I NEVER get my a new color cartridge. My printer is only has 3 colors now; I can't print any photos for color copy. I just simply want a NEW color cartridge replacement! Please! Please!! Please!!!

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
