My plan just rolled into a new month and I had 13 rollover pages. When the billing cycle changed they reset to zero. When I look at the history on my account page the last cycle shows that I printed 9 pages from my plan last cycle and 1 should have moved into the rollover pages giving me 14 there. Instead, rollover pages went to zero. I need to have that fixed.
