Tri color ink cartridgeHP Envy 4520

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I received a new tri-color ink cartridge and installed it.  I received an email stating that I did not install an HP cartridge and that Instant Ink would not be able to track my pages printed.  It is an HP cartridge and I received in from Instant Ink.
