I have today purchased an hp deskjet 2720e. All set up OK and working but the app won't allow me to enrol in instant ink?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are trying to sign up for an instant ink service.

 

To assist better -What is the error message you are receiving when you try and sign up?

 

Meanwhile,  try the below suggestions -

  • Open the HP Smart app and select the printer to be enrolled.

    1. Click the Get Supplies tile and choose the option to enroll in HP Instant Ink.

    2. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

    3. If HP Instant Ink  is in the left menu, click HP Instant Ink > Plan Overview.

    4. Click Enroll Another Printer or Enroll/Replace Printer to complete the enrollment.

  • If the Paper Add-on Service is available in your area, the offer appears on your account page. You can learn more and enroll by clicking the offer on your HP Instant Ink account.
