HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

Hi! I enrolled in Instant ink, but I did not know where or when I was supposed to enter the referral code. Is it too late? Thanks!

@BibiNishane, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

Referral code if you have one, has to be entered while you are enrolling the printer in Instant Ink. If the printer is already enrolled, it cannot be used anymore.

This referral code is given to you by someone who is an Instant Ink customer.

Your Refer a friend code is on your instant ink account page. Log into www.hpinstantink.com and on the first home page you will see this tile below.  You can just copy the code and send to a friend or when a friend is enrolling have them enter the last 5 letters from the link (capitals do make a difference so type the exact code if you don't use the copy button).

When you refer a friend you will get 1 free month and your friend will get a free month!

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
