Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I signed up for HP instantink and received an initial delivery of ink cartridges.  Shortly thereafter, I had to reinstall the operating system (Windows 10).  Since that time, Instantink has not been communicating with my printer although I have been paying a subscription amount monthly for over a year since reinstalling my operating system.  (Per the suggestion of HP support).  I have no issues printing to my HP8720 from my HP Envy x360, but I am unable to see my instantink activity per my instantink account and am about to run out of ink.  How do I get past the Signup page to the status page without subscribing again?  Beyond that how do I get InstantInk to automatically send me my ink?
