Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was bad.....I purchased ink from eBay and was told it was incompatible with my HP printer.   Since then I have purchased a 61 black cartridge from Staples and a 61 Color cartridge from Office Max and my printer still tells me they're incompatible.   I've unplugged my printer for ten minutes hoping it would readjust, but no way.    HELP ME PLEASE!

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
