I have recieved Instant Ink Cartridges a couple of days ago. Went to install them both, the black cartridge works fine, the colour cartridge gives me a cartridge error when I go to install it. I have gone down all of HP's self fix rabbit holes. Seems impossible to get hold of an actual person just to get them to send me a replacement cartridge. Anyone had any similar issues?
