I type in my printer claim code and get a message code not recognized. have removed web services, re enabled them. that doesn't help. used the first part of the email, that didn't work. used the longer code, that didn't work.

Hi @RG1963,

 

I'd like to help!

 

Your claim code expires 24 hours after the Printer Info Page titled "Congratulations" initially prints. After 24 hours, you need to print the Printer Info Page again to obtain an activation code. Press the HP ePrint icon on your control panel display

 

What is the error you receive?
