HP Officejet 4650
Microsoft Windows Vista

Hi, I have bought an Officejet 4650 in order to use the instant ink service, I have created a HP account, tried to enrol in the Instant ink program, I inputted the code from the printer, it said that this printer is already signed up to instant ink on another account, as I got this printer from an ebay printer seller, I have no idea how to proceed, can I apply to reconnect to the printer from my new account or what?

Any help would be gratefully received.

I would contact the seller and ask them to un-enroll your printer. This should clear it up and you should be able to enroll it using your account. If that is not possible, write down the serial number (and take a picture of it as well) and send to hp support.

Hi, the ebay seller doesnt have the info to un-enroll the printer, I would love to contact a human on HP support to work out a solution and show them the serial number to, the virtual assistant wont talk about it, does anyone know how to get a link to someone who can discuss this with.
