Product: Hp touchsmart 300-1003
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I am trying to get a set of resore disk. I cant seem to find them anywhere. Can anyone help me with this. I am locked out of my computer. It was in storage for some time and I can not remember the password.

Hi:

 

The only place you will be able to get recovery media is from this vendor.

 

Your post indicates that the PC was running Vista, but the only recovery kit available is for W7.

HP's specs also indicate the PC came with W7...
