I have F0F92EA#ABV two laptops

Both of them facing issue touch screen all driver show okey in control panel 

But no where detect touch screen in bios or HP touch check in

I understand that you are facing issues with HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-n019se Ultrabook wherein the touch screen is not working.

 

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

I also recommend checking if the touchscreen is working on BIOS (Accessed by tapping on F10 while restarting the computer). 

 

If it works on bios, it's a software issue: please reinstall windows using the recovery partition or the recovery media to fix the issue 

If it doesn't work on BIOS either, it's a hardware failure and you may need to Contact HP to set up a hardware repair service.

I done all troulbe shooting but could not succed

Done recovery also form OEM recovery DVD media

Error is  MAP94W-6ND8PP-MFPWXF-G30A03    TOUCH SCREEN TEST IN COMPNENT TEST 

SAME WITH ANOTHER LAPTOP TOO SAME MODEL

 

Cant understand how come both have same prpblem.

I will ask you hardware failure code how many 1 2 3 4 pcs ?  For same model 4 pcs ?

It cant digest me  

I have 4 piece same model  all of them same issue 

it manufature by AU Optronics Corp. no support on website no driver  

thers manufature defect after some time or there is some device in side which count hours of operation 

then person has buy from HP or outside it selling trick of spare parts
