TouchPad and Touchscreen unresponsive

The touchscreen and Touchpad of My HP laptop is unresponsive, but the keyboard still works. The fingerprint sensor also doesn't work, so I'm unable to log in to my laptop. The power on button also lags e.g. I'll press it, and my laptop wont come on at all, but if I close my laptop screen and reopen it, it'll come on by itself. 

I've only had this laptop for a month, and its6already acting up.
