Product: HP Device Manager 5.0
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019
Hi all
we are trying to install the HP Device Manager 4.7 or 5.0 on a Server 2019. The Version 4.7 needs to be installed without a SP like a root installation, which isn't supported on Server 2019. But SP12 is supported.
After installing the application the installer removes all users from "Logon as a Service" on the server, which is very bad. As far as i found out that is cause probably from Microsoft Visual C++ 2015. The Server has already 2017 installed, which is used i gues from Trendmicro ApexOne.
Does anybody having that software installed on a Server 2019?
Many thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Marc
