Im simply looking for the manual for hp deskjet2655. This is proving to be an extremely frustrating

I just got a new printer today I'm annoyed at having to get a new one and I've got a blinking power light I just simply want to see a manual I don't understand why they would not put them in the box it's ridiculous.

I understand your concern. However, as you must know that HP is following go green policy. So there is a reduction in printing manuals.

However, you can download the manuals from the HP website and print the manuals yourself.

Also, the blinking light on the power button indicates The printer is processing a job. To cancel the job, press the Cancel button.

If blinking is fast the cartridge access door is open, close it. If the cartridge access door is closed and the light is blinking fast, the printer is in an error state that you can resolve by following the onscreen messages from the computer. If you do not see any onscreen messages, try printing a document to generate an onscreen message.
