Product: HP Device Manager 4.7 SP8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

Good day all.   I have inherited a server (2008sp2 datacenter) with HP Device Manager 4.7 SP8 installed to manage our Thin Client base. 

 

Unfortunately, the person who set it up is no longer available and no one here knows what the HPDM Server username / password combo is (I have tried every suggestion from folks - no luck - using root, 'domain\user' etc.). 

 

Is there a way to reset the password on the DM Server so that I can get access to start the fun project of upgrading software on all of our thin clients?  Thanks for any help or suggestions!
