after I updated the new windows on my computer. it became extremely slow. how can I solve this problem? please help me.

Which version of windows OS are you using?
For now, let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the PC once done.
Run 'Performance tune-up check' from this link.
