Hi there,

I was wondering if there is a way to automatically give mouse control to admin users of the machine (or in AD), but other users wouldn't get control.

As we are having to describe every time to the end client how to give us admins control of the machine, and I would like it to be more streamlined, that we are automatically given control.

Is this possible?

Thanks

Hello,

Not certain if this is a Remote Boost or Connect question.  Could you clarify?

This is a remote boost question

Thanks for the clarification.  Are you using collaboration in Remote Boost to help a user?  Just want to make sure I don't provide you with something that does not help you.

Yes that is correct. We are using collaboration in boost, but I was wondering if there was a way to give automatic mouse control to a certain group of users (meaning us admins) and then restrict other users to just collaborating without the mouse control. I wouldn't want to leave it open for everyone, just us admins
