Z840
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are currently testing the product. So far there have been no problems with our setup. We work with Z840 workstations with Quadro M5000 cards and headless display adapters.

Since the update to the new version, users get a black screen when they log in for the first time. Then close the connection and restore it immediately, everything is fine.

Is there a solution for this behavior?

Hello

This unfortunately was an issue we discovered after releasing 20.3.0.  I would like to provide you with a test build to see if it resolves the issue.  It seems to happen mostly with headless senders or senders that are using EDID emulators.  I will reach out in a PM.
